STARTING THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

Our primary objective for each project we undertake is to help our client develop a quality product that is manufacturable and acceptable in the marketplace.  We believe that customer involvement is essential for a successful project and strive to provide continual feedback.  We tailor each project to meet an individual client’s requirements, which may range from conceptual design to hand-off to production.

After executing a Non-Disclosure Agreement we meet with our client to develop and document a project plan.  Listed below are subjects we normally address during the kick-off meeting.  For large jobs involving different skills we assign a project manager as the single point of contact with our client.  The project manager would schedule team meetings and coordinate and communicate the work of our designers, engineers and model makers with a counterpart in the client’s organization.
